Mr. Mohamed Fandies, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Mr. Mohamed brings over 25 years of leadership experience in human resources across global companies in Egypt and the Gulf region. He has held senior executive roles in diverse sectors, including manufacturing, construction, energy, and automotive. He is known for his deep expertise in talent development, organizational transformation, and building high-performance workplace cultures grounded in institutional excellence.
In his new role, Mr. Mohamed will lead the human resources strategy for Al-Ahram Group, with a focus on strengthening organizational capabilities, enhancing employee engagement, and embedding a culture of leadership and accountability across all business sectors.
Muhammad Safwat, Industrial Operation Manager – Upper Egypt Region
Muhammad Safwat, as the Industrial Operation Manager for the Upper Egypt Region, manages the operations of four manufacturing facilities in Suhag. His insightful direction and operational expertise drive efficiency, maintain quality, and promote sustainable industrial practices across the region.
